The Enterprise Health Check includes 30 factors that address critical areas including Governance, Performance Management, Organization, and Tactical Competencies.
These 30 factors form the basis for identifying gaps and ultimately the recommendations to address the gaps.
Detailed findings, a scorecard and actionable recommendations are provided.

Project Health Check

Is the project set up to succeed?
What are the areas that require attention to ensure the project meets all of its objectives?
Project Health Check is an independent, unbiased assessment of the internal project health and provides management the likelihood of a successful outcome.
The tool goes beyond engineering definition to include 33 factors that address major areas including Business Basis, Governance, Stakeholders, Contracting & Procurement, and Planning.
Detailed findings, a scorecard, and actionable recommendations to address gaps are provided.
